Do you require me to have a US address?

Can I send my products to you from anywhere?

Yes; as long as an account has been setup and a customer ID has been provided. To setup an account please refer to our pricing page

Do you provide FBA Prep Services?

Yes; we handle multiple Amazon Services including Stock Buffering, FBA Prep, and Listings.

How do your fulfillment services match up vs. Amazon FBA?

While Amazon provides an excellent full service option for the mass population; it isn't exactly cheap. It may be time to consider going FBM and even Direct To Consumer. Moreover; the recent events with COVID-19, and Amazon's actions to stop all FBA shipments from sellers, provides a solid case to have alternative channels open for options to continue to do business. Total reliance on a single business source that you can't control can lead to unexpected pitfalls that could change your revenue stream, or even put you out of business.

Do you have an online system to track my storage inventory?

Yes; we can do something as simple as a shared Google Spreadsheet to using an Online Dashboard through our cloud-based warehouse software. It depends on what you want to track, and how complex your needs are.

When will my orders be processed?

We operate on Business Hours EST Monday to Friday, and process orders in 1-2 business days. We are closed for the major US holidays. Special orders will be addressed on a case by case basis.

What kind of payments do you take? When will you charge my credit card? Are my card transactions safe?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. International major credit cards are also accepted. We use the latest PCI compliant Tier 1 software to protect all credit card transactions, as well as recurring payment charges. We will only process your card with your knowledge and consent. Our internal policy states that a credit card must be on file to start a program, or job. All recurring payments will be on the 1st of every month.
